Maddy WrightWelcome to the Columbia Premier’ College Prep program. Our College Coordinator, Maddy Wright, leads our program with the support of the College Prep Committee. Maddy’s role as the College Coordinator is to work hand in hand with our coaching staff, our team managers, as well as meeting with our players and families to educate our membership on the college recruiting process. The College Prep program will guide each player that has an interest in being a student-athlete at the collegiate level.

Our College Prep program offers regular workshops for players and parents to learn about the recruiting process, academic requirements, financial aid, etc. Our staff and coaches have experience playing and coaching in college, and have access to a network of college coaches. Our annual Alliance ID Camp and Showcase, along with our Clash at the Border tournament, provides our student-athletes an opportunity to play in front of many college coaches. We also provide avenues for the creation of highlight videos, an important tool in college recruiting.

As our alumni move on from our youth programs, into their post-secondary education and collegiate athletic career, we encourage our former youth players to play for our adult first teams (Vancouver Victory Women and Men’s teams). These teams allow for players to train and play in a highly competitive environment, preparing them for their college training camps in August.

All of our College Prep programs are open to all Columbia Premier players and alumni. We hope that you find something here to make the process a bit easier and thank you for your interest in the Columbia Premier College Prep Program.

Collaboration with Colleges

The importance of getting on college campuses during your high school years cannot be overstated. The Columbia Premier are working with local colleges to host Columbia Premier games, trainings, and to provide campus tours.  Looking to go to college outside the area?  Take a virtual tour of the campus!  There are 100s of colleges to view by clicking HERE.

Working with team managers, the Columbia Premier staff will arrange such visits periodically throughout the year for our high school age teams.

We are also working with local coaches to come to Harmony Sports Complex to run guest training sessions for our teams.
