  • Help coaches with communication to players/families/college coaches
  • Hold seminars for whole club, teams, individual meetings and attend events
  • Align communication with HS aged coaches, their managers, parent volunteers
  • Track communication with college coaches for each player

  • Proof read rough draft emails and view rough draft highlights for comments and critique

  • Encourage your players to focus on their academics and get support if needed (grades are very important in opening up doors for their future)
  • Encourage players to reach out to me to meet and discuss their academic and athletic future -Arrange video recording with team manager (easiest to designate a few to record -Communicate with manager and myself as we head into events
  • Set up meeting times to discuss player profiles, team brochures, etc.
  • Always have 10 brochures on hand at each match

  • Compete at the highest level possible for more playing options in the future
  • Get the best grades as possible (this will provide more opportunities to play at various programs)
  • Complete and update profiles
  • Complete and update Team ID Brochures
  • Create and fine tune highlight video (ALL Columbia Premier SC Black 1 and some Black 2 teams have HUDL) -Listen to feedback from all staff and apply
  • Show great character on and off the pitch
  • Identify schools and programs of interest (can meet with me to discuss options)

  • Create Team ID Brochure (see template)
  • Organize who passes out Team ID Brochures at matches if I can’t be there. (Coaches should have 10 copies each, plus more for Team Manager/Parent volunteer) Team Managers/Parents will be trained as to who/what to look for.
  • Track coaches/schools in attendance for each match (then send to me) -Make sure games are getting filmed and uploaded to HUDL
  • Update roster within HUDL
